Investor Due Diligence Trip to South Texas……

Posted: 03/04/2019

Last week we went on an investor due diligence trip to South Texas with a group of 23 investors from all over the country to see our Coal/Cleaner Energy project.

What a great group of folks with all kinds of different backgrounds, careers and stories.

There was a ton of questions and although I have been in this room in this setting quite a few times, I always learn something new.

Our partners, management and technology teams showed us all the different aspects of the project and it was quite fulfilling to see the progress they have made since the last time we were on property.

Units 2 and 3 are connected to the grid and are in production, although they are getting some technology added to them so they are not running at full capacity yet.

The last 4 units down at the end are in the final hook up stage and the technology is being installed.

I always like to have a session where we try to poke holes into the deal, what could go wrong? What is the downside risk? This group was sharp and they had a lot of great questions.

We have a solid contract in hand from a major company, it’s a household name company that you would recognize and we have a great team on the ground that can produce the product.

We believe we have a very compelling investment opportunity that will provide double digit cash flow as well as strong tax benefits that will offset ordinary income.

We are planning to have an investment opportunity available to accredited investors in the next few weeks and will send our Executive Summary out to you upon request.

On a different topic, we are making good progress at our Sage Oak Assisted Living Project.  We have 3 shares available to investors.  If you are an accredited investor and are interested in teaming up with one of the best operators in the Residential Assisted Living Space, reach out to us at and we will send you the executive summary.

We look forward to talking to you soon.

After being in the field for a while, we got back to the meeting room to get more questions answered.
